Digital Millennium Copyright Act Notice
Demolimo ("LavaByte Group") respects the intellectual property rights of creators and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998, we will respond promptly to claims of copyright infringement committed using the Demolimo service.
1. How to File a Notice of Infringement
If you are a copyright owner or an agent thereof and believe that any content hosted on our platform infringes upon your copyrights, you may submit a notification by providing our Designated Copyright Agent with the following information in writing:

Identification of the Work: A clear description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed.
Identification of the Infringing Material: The specific URL(s) or location on Demolimo where the allegedly infringing material is located so that we can find it.
Contact Information: Your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
Statement of Good Faith: A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
Statement of Accuracy: A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
Signature: A physical or electronic signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright interest.

2. Counter-Notification Procedures
If you believe that your content was removed by mistake or misidentification (for example, you actually own the rights or have a license), you may file a counter-notice. To be effective, the counter-notice must include:

Your physical or electronic signature.
Identification of the material that has been removed and the location where it appeared before removal.
A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located.
3. Repeat Infringer Policy
Demolimo takes copyright seriously. We maintain a "Three Strikes" policy. If a user is found to be a repeat infringer defined as having uploaded infringing content for which we receive three or more valid takedown notices we will permanently terminate that user’s account and remove all their associated content from the platform.
