Welcome to Demolimo. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Demolimo website, services, and applications. By creating an account or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Account Registration

Accuracy: You agree to provide true and accurate information during registration.

Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account. You are liable for all activities that occur under your account.
2. User Content & Intellectual Property

Ownership: Artists retain 100% ownership of the music, lyrics, and artwork they upload to Demolimo.

License to Demolimo: By uploading content, you grant Demolimo a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, stream, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating the platform.

Warranties: You represent and warrant that you own all rights to the music you upload (including samples, beats, and lyrics) and that your content does not infringe on the intellectual property of any third party.
3. Monetization & Payments

Selling Content: Artists may choose to sell their songs or albums. You are responsible for setting the price of your work.

Revenue Share: Demolimo may retain a service fee from each transaction. The specific percentage will be displayed in your artist dashboard.

Payouts: Earnings will be distributed to your linked payment account (e.g., PayPal/Stripe) based on our minimum payout threshold and processing schedule.

Refunds: Due to the digital nature of music downloads, all sales are generally final unless a technical error prevents access to the file.
4. Prohibited Conduct
When using Demolimo, you agree not to:

Upload "leaks," copyrighted music you didn't create, or unauthorized remixes.

Use bots or automated scripts to artificially inflate play counts or followers.

Upload content that promotes hate speech, violence, or illegal activities.

Attempt to hack, decompile, or disrupt the platform’s security.
5. DMCA & Copyright Infringement
Demolimo has a zero-tolerance policy for copyright infringement. We will remove content and terminate accounts of repeat offenders in accordance with our DMCA Policy.
6. Termination of Service
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or if your actions pose a risk to the Demolimo community.
7. Limitation of Liability
Demolimo is provided "as is." While we strive for 100% uptime, we are not responsible for any loss of data, loss of earnings, or service interruptions. We do not guarantee that your music will achieve any specific level of sales or popularity.
8. Changes to Terms
Demolimo reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of major changes via email or a platform announcement. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
